UPDATE: Reese had his surgery and is doing absolutely fantastic! He's an awesome, special dog with a gentle disposition. Reese is super with other small dogs and also with children. His foster home has 2 other small dogs and 2 kids. Reese is 100% potty trained (goes outside) and he's also crate trained. He prefers sleeping in his wire crate at night and he walk into it on his own at bedtime. He's able to do anything a 4-legged dog can do and he's just as fast. Everyone who meets Reese falls in love with him. He's sooo incredibly sweet and has an outstanding temperament.
Reese is a Yorkie mix male. He's estimated to be 3 year olds & he weighs 16 lbs. In addition to his leg surgery, he's been neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks (natural products) and just had a dental by our vet (1-23-14). He's had 4 vet exams and re-checks. In spite of what he's been through, Reese is 1 of the sweetest dogs ever! He's a typical Yorkie...smart, good-natured, easy going, friendly and happy! He loves everyone - 2 and 4 leggers. He's been terrific about everything. He's a handsome dog - making him as good on the outside as he is on the inside. He's socialized and very outgoing, with a charming personality. The photo with the blue bandage was taken at the vet hospital after his leg surgery.
